App is simple, user-friendly and really helpful! Especially when you want to track your fasting period and eating period. App is intuitive and smart. Don’t look for anything else. It also has some tips for beginners. I want to go Premium but no budget. Maybe next time. Then I can give a more comprehensive review regarding the Premium subscription too. This app is very good and keeps me on track I love everything about it the only thing that might be concerned not very good is the calorie count when u take a photo and it scans everything and tells u the amount of calories and what ur eating bc it doesn’t tell u exactly and it does get it wrong and also scans the food wrong sometimes for example it will scan something and say it’s something else but other than that the app is very helpful and useful and I use it everyday to track my fasting and how much I drink water and what I eat also the challenges on here are very encouraging.

The accuracy of food recognition may be affected by shooting angle, light, food shape, etc. Therefore, when scanning food, it is recommended that you keep the photo clear, well-lit, and the food centered without obstruction.If it still cannot be accurately recognized, could you please send us the food photo and a screenshot of the scanning result via "Me > Feedback" in the app? We will provide you with targeted help.In addition, you can also manually modify the food information to ensure the accuracy of the data.
Good app, could do with some improvements

Overall, it works but a couple of things1. It’s not as intuitive as the developers believe it to be. Onboarding could be better2. Apple Watch app - marking start and end of fast doesn’t update the app. I clicks on end fast on the app and later opened my phone to find that it was still tracking the fast3. Would be nice to allow users to define target fasting durations (eg 20h) and trigger an in-app notification when the target is hit, and even encourage the user to push an extra hour (user-defined)

If you didn't click the "Save" button, the timer will continue to run.Currently you can use the weekly plan on the Plan page to customize the duration of fasting. After choosing a suitable plan, you can click "✏️Edit" on the Details item to adjust your fasting time and save it. The app will send a notification when the fast is over.If you still have questions about this, you can contact us via "Me > Settings > Feedback" in the APP. We will provide you with targeted help.

I just love this app so much! It helps me track my water consumption daily! And it gives lots info about fasting! As a beginner it really helps me understand the stages during fasting! I just hope i can get free daily menu and other tips / info about fasting and keto
