I was one of the people who got excited when Capture One announced this app. Gave it a shot and at its current state, it’s not for me. The UI is more confusing, I think they need to make it similar to the desktop version so it’s not another learning curve for current C1Pro users. Also I find it really like stripped down version. If Blackmagic can make a decent version of DaVinci Resolve and Adobe with their Lightroom CC working fine side by side with the app - I think C1 can do better. Also they need to make an option for current C1 users to have it part of the subscription. They can also try selling the app as a stand alone and a cloud service for syncing as an option. I still look forward for this app to get better.

Unable to use at all

The keyboard doesn’t open up on the login screen, therefore, completely unable to move past this screen. I’m on a late model iPad running the latest OS.

Older iPad models are not officially supported. While they may be able to run the Capture One app, we cannot guarantee the best user experience or performance. Therefore, you’ll need to update your iPad to iOS15 or a more recent version to use the app.Here is a list of the supported iPad models that Capture One runs best on:iPad Pro third generation and more recent,iPad eighth generation and more recent,iPad mini sixth generation and more recent,iPad Air fourth generation and more recent.
