I love the game and Ive been playing it for around 2 years on and off. But I wish us as a manager could have a profile and if there could be like best manager or something.

So whenever i make a new club they always expect me to finish above mid table and if i don't i get sacked in the first season, the expectations are WAY too high. What i would recommend is making a no sacking option or lowering the board expectations by a LOT. Thank you.
