Can’t register my car

You are just incredibly stupid. Why can’t I register my car in the uae if I bought from an official dealer in the uae but my phone was set to a different country? How can you not account for such a case?! 90% of the uae population are expats, many of them come from their home countries and their Apple ids are created in their home countries.On top of that I am trying to delete the profile to start all over after changing the country of Apple ID to the uae, but your stupid app says “can’t delete due to server error”.I paid 100k usd for this car? How am I supposed to register you morons? Waiting for your reply and resolution of my problem.
