The apps keeps crashing on ios 15.1, and can't go back immediately after crashing, needs to restart my phone all the time. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Apple is trash as well for Refunding the amount that went through ! I worked hard for this game and for the amount of 4.99 Dollars they banned my account ! No reliable information how to solve this and apple as well cannot do anything , in the first place you shouldn’t have allowed the refund to happen ! Have you not monitoring if the amount went through or not??? The game is a little complicated . You have to search everywhere where your purchased go, but then this Apple Refund allow the refund to happen even if the amount went through ??? So genius system you both got there! I’m so furious . I felt scammed ! It’s okay if it’s about the money but I wasted time and effort to level up! Such inhumane people , ignoring us! I’m literally crying T_T
Item unable to register on codex

An item once you procure them and you log out and then you log in again you are unable to register them on codex even if it is mentioned “codex” on the item. Hope to notice this review and fix the bug for item codex registration.

OMG !!!!! The game automatically charged my card without me purchasing any product of this game. Why ?!!!!! I have tried to refund using apple store and they ban my account. I have contacted their customer service but my GOD they are even slower than turtle. It is completely a scam. Please if you are reading this and you have experience same issue. Please write a one star review on this game so they can fix urgently as I see they don’t even care
