Formal Complaint to Apple Regarding DigikhataSubject: Formal Complaint Against Digikhata for Charging Renewal Fees Without Activating My ServiceDear Apple Support Team,I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the Digikhata app/service and request Apple to investigate this matter.I paid AED 49 for the renewal of my Digikhata service on 16 November 2025. However, despite making the payment, my service has still not been properly activated. Instead, I am now being asked to pay the renewal fee again.I believe this is unfair and unacceptable, as I have already paid for the renewal. I have not received the service that I paid for, and the company has not provided a satisfactory resolution.I kindly request Apple to:1. Investigate Digikhata regarding this issue.2. Review the payment and subscription records associated with my account.3. Take appropriate action if Digikhata has violated Apple’s policies or consumer protection requirements.4. Assist me in obtaining a refund or activation of the service for which I have already paid.5. Ensure that customers are not charged repeatedly for the same service without receiving the original paid service.I am submitting this complaint in good faith and request Apple to look into the matter seriously.
