My name is Sajna Naushad. I used your website on 04 April 2025 to create a CV and paid AED 6.95, which was clearly advertised as a first-time user offer for 14 days of full access. I also noticed a +1.05% foreign transaction fee on my card, which I accepted.However, I was shocked to see that AED 89 + foreign transaction fee was recently debited from my account without my consent. I did not authorize this transaction, nor was I informed that my subscription would auto-renew or that my card would be charged again.This is unauthorized and misleading, and I consider this a form of financial fraud or spam. You had no right to use my card details beyond the initial transaction.Attached screnshots for your reference.I demand an immediate refund of the AED 89 charged from my account, and I request that my card details be removed from your system. If this matter is not resolved within 2-3 hours, I will be forced to escalate this to the UAE Consumer Protection Department and the UAE Police for further investigation.

VERY BAD, Disappointing Experience, Not Worth the Money

I recently tried out this app, hoping for a seamless experience in crafting my CV. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.Firstly, the app’s interface was clunky and unintuitive. Navigating through the templates and inputting my information felt like a chore, with limited customization options available.Moreover, despite paying for premium features, I found the template selection to be lacking and outdated. For the price, I expected a more extensive range of modern and professional designs.Exporting my CV was another headache. The process was convoluted, and the final document often ended up with formatting errors, making it unsuitable for professional use.Overall, I cannot recommend this app. Even free CV providers offer better templates and a smoother user experience.
