The only challenge is the delay I believe you don’t have enough driver, I stop using talabat to support Jordanian app but you should improve the service

I ordered a cake from a place nearby, and delivery usually takes a maximum of 30 minutes. However, I waited for more than 2 hours for my order to arrive. When I called the driver, he told me he was in Al Zarqa, which is very far from my location in West Amman. Apparently, he picked up my order and then went all the way to Al Zarqa before delivering it to me.This is completely unacceptable. I hope the company starts keeping better track of its drivers because this level of service is very disappointing. I was extremely frustrated, especially since by the time the cake finally arrived, my guests had already left, so I no longer needed it.I also hope I can get a refund for this order.

Delivery Delay and unhelpful customer service

Delivery driver cruising around Amman before delivering order as per the gps service on the app. Submitted a complaint to customer service who are obviously untrained and clueless. No resolution was offered.
