How could i buy a product without teat it or try it at least give chance for the people to try it in free to see is it fit with them or not but you are putting the purchase option to try the product if I purchase and didn't work with mu item what shall i do you will send my money back

Every week you have to pay almost 30 AED to use a remote?! This is insane… a one time payment for developing the app like you buy the remote would be more fair. And for major upgrades a small upgrade fee would be better. Not going to pay weekly to control my tv …
