Please how do a person recover his/her account. Cause there’s a player who didn’t know the server had issues so the person deleted the game and now she’s trying to login her account but she can’t

Hello I’ve been playing this game for three months now, and honestly, what I’ve seen and heard during this time has completely disgusted me. There are so many moderators and admins taking money from players just to harm others. I can’t believe what’s happening — people insult your family, your mother, and if they’re “known” or pay, they only get a 12 or 24-hour ban.The game has countless issues — sometimes you have to log in 10 or 15 times just to see your tag, players can shoot through walls, or you get disconnected and need to log back in just to fix it. One time, my internet dropped for a few seconds, and someone sent a 3-second clip — I got banned because they claimed I disconnected during a fight. In the video, you can clearly see me punching before it freezes for a split second.Honestly, it feels like unless you’re friends with an admin or have some power, you can’t survive in this game. I’ve been asked to record my gameplay, but sometimes I play 12 hours straight — what should I do, play with my phone in the freezer just to handle the lag and record at the same time?It’s a shame, because I did invest money in this game. It’s good if you just want to make virtual friends, but honestly, it’s not worth spending money on. I don’t understand how no one takes action — people need to wake up and fix these problems. There’s just too much corruption everywhere.

Honest opinion, admins, mod abuses their power to harm other players for no reason, theres alot of favoritism going on, which is why the game is getting boring day by day, spending money on the game is dumb, because what if the next day you hop on only to see you get banned, my advice to everyone is do not spend any money, before its to late to regret, this game cant even fix a simple glitch that has been going on for a long time (Shooting Through Walls) while faction leaders call admin during the Material Theft, while they can do anything but the only player getting sanctioned are the gang members, this is absolutely rigged, please do not spend your money!

I like this game so much and i have no complaints but i have a request to developers that is kindly add the game compatible to a controller and kindly add controller setting in game too im using iphone but i can control all other games except my favorite game one state
