A nightmare

In one day, I booked three rides. The first ride reached my house. I went outside. I went into the taxi. He told me the meter was not working and told me to wait. I waited 10 minutes in that car. And then I told him I should probably cancel the ride. He told me yes because he knows if he cancels it on his side and he will get into trouble. So I canceled it and booked another ride. The second rider was extremely rude and seemed like he wanted to attack me. Because I said this was horrible service. You may be asking why it was a horrible service on the second ride he proceeded to suggest that he should drop me on the side of my location. I had to walk two blocks. Crossing two streets main streets. until I reached the building, I was trying to get to because one road was closed even though we could’ve took the second road they lead to the same building and then he proceeded to overcharge me an extra six aed so I ended up with three rides. I paid a lot of money because of their unintelligence. I would not wish this app on my worst nightmare.

Scam App !!!!! Never Using Zed Again!!!!!

I had one of the worst experiences using the Zed taxi app recently, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. I booked a ride to a specific destination, entered the address clearly into the app, and everything seemed normal at first. However, the driver completely messed up and went to a completely different location. When I realized we were headed the wrong way, I informed him immediately. He admitted the mistake, apologized, and then took me to the correct address—but here’s the catch: I was charged extra because of his error. You’d think this would be an easy fix. I reached out to Zed’s customer service, expecting some accountability or at least a refund for the additional fare. But instead, I got nothing but indifference and generic responses. They refused to refund the extra charges, basically blaming me for their driver’s mistake. No apology, no compensation, not even a gesture of goodwill. The whole experience made it clear that Zed doesn’t care about their users or take responsibility for errors caused by their own system or drivers. This was not just inconvenient—it was unprofessional and completely unfair.I’ve deleted the app and will be warning friends and family to avoid it. There are far better ride-hailing services out there with competent drivers and customer service that actually cares. Avoid Zed at all costs. To the developer who will replay to my review : Don’t apologize when u steal people’s money

Be Cautious Payment Taken Even When No Ride Happens

I booked a ride on Zed for the first time and had a terrible experience. They charged me instantly, but the rider cancelled within 3 minutes. I booked again and the same thing happened three different drivers cancelled. One was even just 1 minute away and still cancelled. I was already running late, and this made everything worse. What’s even more disappointing is the refund process. At first, support told me the refund would reflect within 24 hours. Now they’re telling me it will take 5–7 days. They charge you immediately even when no ride actually happens. It’s extremely frustrating and feels dishonest.Anyone planning to download this app, please read the reviews first and be aware. You might get charged for nothing and still not get a taxi.
