Typical scam

They offer it for 1 dollar, once you pay, I used apple pay, they tried charging 35 dollars after few days. Nowhere is mentioned this, they have bunch of addons that they offer, which I didn’t want and because it was annoying and didn’t actually offer what I want I just deleted the app. But they had my card details and proceeded to charge as they please. So if you are planning to get the app keep this in mind. If you make any transaction with them they’lljust charge your card as they please and for whatever they please later. Luckily this is the second account I have and transfer money only as per need, so I immediately called to cancelmy card. Beware of this scam.

Dear Valued Customer! Thank you for letting us know about your experience! We apologize if there was any confusion about the subscription charges and the terms associated with them. We make sure to present the Terms and Conditions, including information about charges and billing, on the sales screen before users proceed with any purchase. Since we do not have access to your personal or billing information, we can not charge you. The automatic charge can be done only if you have an active subscription. If there is anything we can do for you to correct your unfortunate experience, please let us know at customer.care@lumi.place. We strive to offer our customers the highest standards of service.

Worst experience

My worst experience. Hidden subscriptions that do not go through the AppStore, and whose existence you will find out only after debiting money from the card. I do not recommend to anyone. My position is simple: if you are not open to customers and are playing a dishonest game, you have no place in the market. If Apple Compliance is reading these reviews, and if internal subscriptions are not allowed by Apple's policy to bypass the AppStore, please look out for violations of this app.

Very bad application and experience

Be careful, careful, careful in dealing with this application, as it is one of the applications of fraud, fraud, and hidden stylized theft. I do not recommend it at all. An amount of money was stolen from my account while I did not subscribe to the service and the amount was not returned. The worst experience I had 💔💔😭

Developer Response
Dear Valued Customer! We are sorry to hear you think this way but thank you for the feedback. This is not what we want our cherished customers to experience. Our team puts in dedicated effort to deliver the best services to our users. We also recognize the significance of transparency in our interactions with users. All details regarding the trial period's duration and the subsequent subscription terms are clearly presented on the sales page before you opt to use our product. It's possible that a subscription might have been unintentionally purchased alongside the trial period. Our team remains at your disposal to investigate your case and provide an appropriate solution. Please contact us at customer.care@lumi.place at your earliest convenience. We would be glad to correct your unfortunate experience.
