I ordered a pair of shoes and received them on 31st March. Unfortunately, the size was slightly too big, so I immediately initiated a return request on the same day. I was informed that the item would be collected on 1st April, but as of today, 16th April, the return has still not been processed.Despite contacting customer service four times during this period, I kept receiving the same generic response: *“The item will be collected soon.”To make matters worse, the return request has now disappeared from the app, and I received an email falsely stating that I did not respond—when in fact, I consistently followed up.While I appreciate the quality of the product, the return process has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It's unfortunate that such a good product experience was overshadowed by such poor after-sales service. I would strongly advise future buyers to be cautious and double-check sizing before placing an order, as the return process is far from smooth or reliable.
