I have been a customer of Right Bite for several years and have subscribed to multiple meal packages with them in the past. Unfortunately, I have noticed a significant decline in their service quality.Since they introduced their app-based enrollment process, the customer experience has become much worse. Previously, there was some level of personal interaction, but now no one contacts you after enrollment to verify your information or ensure that everything is set up correctly. This lack of communication often leads to confusion and unnecessary issues.Another major concern is the inflexibility of their delivery scheduling. If you need to change your delivery time, the process is not straightforward, and their FAQs do not accurately reflect the actual steps required. Customers are expected to provide 48 hours' notice, but this information and the process are not clearly communicated.What is most disappointing is the lack of customer support. When issues arise, there is no proactive assistance and very limited access to someone who can help resolve concerns. For a service that customers rely on daily, this level of support is simply unacceptable.Overall, while I used to recommend Right Bite, my recent experiences have been frustrating due to poor customer service, lack of communication, and inflexible processes. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make improvements.
