Unfortunately, after two days of follow-up, no satisfactory solution was provided.All of this was simply regarding a request to view an apartment, yet the excuses I received were neither satisfactory nor professional. This experience has caused unnecessary delays and disappointment, and I hope that steps will be taken to improve the quality of customer support.
