I started using Evernote a decade earlier but in the last few years had moved away from it due to the super slow development. However, I’m loving the pace of new features in the last year and have come back to it being my primary Note taking app.

This annoying issue where we could see the note list after we reloaded the app event if the passcode was on, this issue has been there for more than 2 years I guess. I remember I reported it maybe 2 years ago. And I cancelled my subscription that time since I didn't hear any response from you. Good it took you that time to fix it! Here was my old review :I have been using Evernote for 5 years now. I was happy about it, but since you redesigned it in your update 8 things have changed for me. It's totally strange for me, plus, when launching the app and while signing in using the touch id, the screen keep changing from the notes to the sign in page. I'm not feeling comfortable using it the I way I used to before Evernote 8.
Is there any support from Evernote available at all?

Been on Evernote pretty much forever (10 years or so) and have been reasonably happy with the features and performance. Have upgraded to Personal which worked fine and then to Professional which did not work at all! Contacted Evernote several times through all possible channels - no response and no change of plan as paid for! Now have contacted Apple Support and asked for help. They told me all they can do, is to cancel subscription all together. Dear Evernote support team, is it really what you want me to do?

I get it is good, but considering how long this app has been around its not particularly polished 1 Sync issues between web and IOS 2 Windows version of app… forget it 3 Can’t scroll a note on IOS iPhone 4 Needs a sync button on each platform 5 You can’t add a task in a table entry 6 No support for Outlook Calendar only Google….what! 7 The email is a great feature but can take an hour or more to arrive. I think they take the money and only make a small investment in development. Needs a full overhaul or it’s gonna lose it number one spot
