Why hold funds from Paypal to Paypal make friends and family option available to all

If someone’s account is verified by you already. Why do you have to hold funds transfer from Paypal to Paypal? Notify the sender that once they send the money will be on hold and the recipient will not be able to access right away. Let it be the senders choice if they are ok to send the money and the receiver is ok to wait for funds to be released. Instead of allowing the transaction then hold it, creating inconveniences for both parties. Other things l am happy about , only the issue of funds being held is frustrating. Just be transparent to both parties so they know they have to wait. The other thing to consider people have friends and family around the world, so give everyone the same opportunity, if l choose friends and family option the money needs to be available immediately but if for goods and services purchased then holding the funds makes sense which protects both parties, that is perfect. MAKE FRIENDS AND FAMILY OPTION AVAILABLE TO ALL OF US, you can put a disclaimer that if one chooses that option funds cannot be reversed, that way it is their choice. The world evolved a long time ago, people travel all over the world, so having friends and family in other parts of the world is normal. Unless you have a good reason why people should not send to their friends and family across the world, that option is only available to only other countries which are few or maybe only the Americas.

The stole my money and suspended my account

I urge everyone to not use this app. This shameful company suspended my account after stealing my money. I had a transaction with someone, where I sold him some goods in exchange for dollars. Come to find out that account seemed (apparently) to be hacked by a 3rd party. The account owner claimed there had been wrong doing on my part when there was a fair monetary exchange, and reported me to PayPal. They opened an investigation and I submitted all the paperwork that proves my innocence in that whole transaction. A couple of days pass and I find out that my money that I gained from the aforementioned transaction was taken from me!!!I contacted their customer support and submitted full documentation on the whole ordeal. A couple of days go by and I receive an email that my account is suspended!!! Instead of fixing their security breach and protecting their clients they go and ban me!!!Where is my money??? Where are my right???!!!

First, since last night I sent an email raising my issue that all my cards that I am trying to link in my paypal account were declined. I already checked with my account and banking settings and no problem with all my banks. However, from your side I cannot get help solving my issue. Again this morning i tried several times but still unsuccessful. Today I have decided to create a new account thinking that there might be a problem on how I created the paypal account last night, but here you are blocking me and restricting me to use your site. Lastly, I have an urgent matter to pay for my application because of your lack of customer support everything was delayed.I am very disappointed on how you guys handle this kind of issue. No way for your customer to contact any customer service agent. Definitely, will not deal again with you.
