I was using password keeper but once i lost password on I phone i could not retrieve it, but last pass can be accessed from any device any time so its very useful and handy
Search functionality is not practical

I have many notes in LastPass & each includes many accounts & passwords. When I first started using the app, the search function was great. You type a word & it shows you in which notes you have matching words & even highlights them in yellow so you could easily find them. Then the highlight option was removed, so when you search it shows you the notes that have matching words but you will need to look thoroughly inside each note to find them. Now it got worse, when you search it only returns matching titles of the notes but you cannot search for a word inside the notes! So to find a password, I need to open the notes one by one & look at each & every line to find it! I’m seriously thinking to change to another app if this is not corrected soon

I was looking for a password manager for the family and I thought LastPass would be a good option. I downloaded it from the AppStore and upgraded to Premium. Then I noticed that there is a difference between Premium and Family subscription. The Family subscription cannot be bought through Apple. I contacted LastPass support. They told me to request a refund for the Premium subscription from Apple and then buy from their web page the Family subscription. I contacted Apple for a refund which was immediately refused. I think this is not a honest commercial practice. LastPass should provide clearer information to avoid users upgrading to Premium if in reality they are looking for the Family subscription. I am upset by this and will move to another password management application.

Well I used to love last pass until..... Authenticator started failing and I have Been locked out of my account for days... Absolutely no feedback from last pass support which basically is a massive breach of privacy for a paid account. They do hold all my passwords... And I can't access them... I'm.a premium account holder so I'm paying for a faulty app. Very angry and disappointed at the lack of feedback 😡😡
