Next service is amazing, I started shopping first through their website almost 2 years ago, and I have never been disappointed. The quality of the clothes is just great and the price is very affordable as well. The delivery service is very well and the return items is not bad although they charge you for that.I have downloaded the app recently and started to use it more than the website, so far so good, but their is one glitch that they need to fix, whenever I click on the sizing details link it always gives me an error page. other than that it is running really well

I have been buying from you people for a while now but my recent experience it was unacceptable. I made an order and no confirmation email or message was received on my end luckily I was able to receive my first batch of items and I assumed the rest will come. Having days passed I decided to contact your agent and asked then they informed me that the package was coming from uk and I would receive it by today evening. Today since morning am waiting for delivery updates since the items are for my baby and I need them and no any info so I decided to take the initiative and reach out to another agent through chat and he told me that the items are out of stock and they will refund so all this time I was waiting for nothing. The worst part I go back to the app and I find same items available on fast delivery… I mean what kind of sick game is this … and to be honest what I needed was the sleeping suits for my baby as urgently as possible and you think refund would compensate the time I wasted… I really love your items and had trust in you people cause this was one of many orders that I do from time to time … truly disappointed!!!

Better than visiting the showroom, you can have collection not available in UAE also per order.. keep updating the item that you have desired. Easy to update the cart by remove or by changing the size or the color of the item.Note: we would like to have option to get item that already sold out by down payment for it if that possible. ... please think out of the box to customers satisfied. Unfortunately I place an order for two products from this app as it was showing the next day delivery. Since the order didn’t arrive, I tried contacting their customer care through the only two available options they have is calling and chatting with their agent on the app. Don’t bother to get in touch cause the calls go unanswered and you I’ll never pass through their chat verification ever… to chat to their agent, they ask you your first, last name, your email and your mobile number which you have registered while ordering… no matter how many time you put in these details… they fail you in verification and ask you to try again. Pathetic service after you have placed the order. Will never order from this ecom company again.
