Post the latest update, it’s too slow and breaks

I switched from other bank to ICICI just because of the convenience of app and I could transfer money to my beneficiaries as I am a NRI. Now post the update every time I have to wait 10 minutes for transfer and most of the time it’s won’t succeed coz of time out. So annoying and pathetic!You should do something serious on this guys.

This is by far one of the most frustrating banking apps I’ve ever used. It barely works. It gets stuck on the home screen, keeps showing a loading forever, and often won’t even open the payment window. For a banking app, reliability should be the top priority, but this app fails at the most basic functions.I’ve tried reopening the app multiple times, but the same issues keep happening. It’s unacceptable when you need to make an urgent payment and the app simply refuses to work.Please fix the performance and stability issues. A banking app should be fast, reliable, and dependable—not something that leaves users waiting endlessly.

Everything was perfect with the old app , after installing the new app , my mobile number is deregistered and I am yet to get this sorted … as an NRI , how can I go to a local branch to update my mobile number …. frustrating to say the least… the most populous nation in the world is heading for banking disaster … too many customers and the banks couldn’t care less … progress in the wrong direction

I’m unable to login in app with my face id. While trying with face id I was getting an error message I can login with PIN number. Also after transferring money to someone, before getting any confirmation app crashed and closed by itself but money got deducted from my account. I didn’t receive any sms confirmation for the transaction. I also tried with some other options from main menu like ‘Help’ but the moment I tapped on it app crashed again. I think this app is having lot’s bug and need an urgent update. Please resolve this issue asap.

I’m unable to login in app with my face id. While trying with face id I was getting an error message I can login with PIN number. Also after transferring money to someone, before getting any confirmation app crashed and closed by itself but money got deducted from my account.
