I know I haven’t used this app for too long but recently; however, I want to say that learning a language, such as Arabic I’m still currently learning at, from this app is useful since they give you short explanations with the differences between males’ and females’ words because of harakats and/or the other Arabic letter(s) that must be added to an Arabic word to be used to call out the female characters or male characters. I also use Duolingo to assist me out as well, I find it useful since they do have write-typing practices in it rather than using the blocks to match the sentence out, it built my confidence easily :) Thank you to the people whose responsible for the Busuu application development, I’ll keep going going with my journey. May Allah help and guide me 😊💞

Why is there no forgot password. I forgot my password why isn’t there a forgot password thingy that I can click now I can’t sign up I wanna learn Italian 🇮🇹 BUT I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. please put a forgot password thingy or tell me what I should do. well I actually didn’t exactly forget my password I put the right password and email but it says that it’s wrong but I don’t understand a went to my settings many times and saw my email it’s right and the password is the password that I always use in all apps and they say it’s right and I’m not gonna use my phone number because I don’t have a phone number YET because I’m only 10 but please fix this issue I had this app a long time ago to learn French and I put my email and my password so after when I signed up it said it’s wrong so then I logged in.........no I didn’t because it said it’s wrong please help me I keep repeating the same thing over and over and over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over over again sorry for repeating OVER over and over again the sound of the keyboard made nice music when I type it anyway please fix this or help me.

I love this app and in my ipad works wonderfully but in the iphone does not. Is sad because it is very inconvenient for you to be able with your family but you are still very good at it from your understanding of your angels and the best of heaven and you every time we talk about you again and your angels and your family and your angels will be happy and you are Please The order I was made from the last day not to be able to study with the mobile. I have an iphone X, Is not that old not to work properly on it. Please fix it and your app would be on the way to perfection. Also can you please add the option to block people. It is not possible and it should be a thing. Also to be able to erase or modify corrections please
