I am not getting any rewards

Hi First I want to thank you for this lovely grateful game I love it so much. I use my I pad to play it. And I think there is a problem with getting rewards throw apple or iOS. I play this game every day and I’ll appreciate it if you could give us more spins to play. Also the cards it’s difficult most of the time to complete the collections. Please tell me what to do regarding the rewards That I could not collect them from the e mails which is sent by moon active.And it would be grate of you if you give us more ways to get spins for free. I also have a comment about the friend who are out of the teams we cannot chat with them or invite them to join our team. We can’t send friend requests. Also if I want to send a message for one of my friends only I can’t because there is no option for that.It’s really a beautiful game I would like to play it all the time and the day but the spins finishes and I get sad and angry. About the groups it shows the numbers of players but actually most of the players aren’t active. It would be helpful if we know that if the group is active or not so we can join with an active group players. Un active ones makes us leave them and so the next one. And when we leave we lose the rewards which we may get it. I will be waiting for your precious reply. Good luck for you and thanks to all of your hard work to make this game more enjoyable for us. I did not receive any compensation and even the fund disappeared.

After years of playing and being loyal to this game, it has become a very bad game from the programmer. When a bug happened a few days ago.. most of the people received a compensation gift but not me.. even the collection box disappeared and I was never compensated for it.. I am really starting to hate this game.

Frustrating when buying chest

The game is nice but it’s so frustrating and annoying when you trying to buy chest to get new cards for your sets and I spent up to 75 Billion Coins buying chest but I couldn’t get a single new card. I mean not even a single one. This is so frustrating with the game. We some times buy spins so that we can play and get coins, so that those coins can help us Complete sets by buying chest when we run out of spin. But they take everything even up to 100 billion coins without giving you a single new card. This is really bad and I feel users are being cheated.
