I like the app but sadly there’s no telegram support only WhatsApp , and also I don’t know how the free version works because I want to install this for my wife already I purchased a year subscription for myself

I am writing to shed light for the users as what happened to my wife was really frustrating and had huge impact on her life. She had all of her to dos in this app and suddenly all of them were lost. The application team was very kind but didn't offer any help. She lost the to dos that she had since years as well as work matters and project to dos that were so important. Anyone who uses this app for everything would understand that we put every single detail out of our mind and there in the app. This is an unacceptable outcome, data not backed up, support team who is unreliable to say the least. This app has to be backed up and the team has to have a way to restore data. This was not applicable to this application so be careful with this application- my advice. After this incident, they offered free use of the app for 6 months!! Imagine the audacity when the team put this low of a value for my wife’s years of to dos ( which included, all kinds of lists from personal, leisure, to professional ),to that the support team gave her 6 months free as a compensation for her troubles! Imagin putting such a low price on such data. I think this is the heart of the problem. To that end, my wife nor anyone we know will every rely on this UNRELIABLE app.

Hi I’m a frequent user of this app. This app has helped me miraculously in sorting my time out and remembering certain deadlines, I have been using this app hand-in-hand with my Apple Watch and have been over the moon with this simple yet, genius idea. Please though, provide a One time purchase as I doubt anyone will pay for the heavy price line of 8 dirhams a month ,88AED a year . For a reminder app. Please provide a one time 88AED purchase and i will more than certainly purchase the in app offer. However you are lacking in this department .Thanks for hearing my rant.
