I had a subscription years ago now when I am trying to re subscribe, it is not working?.
Stopped working in IPad Air with IpadOS 12.5

In the compatibility, it is mentioned (Requires IpadOS 11 or later). The application was working on my IPad Air with IpadOS 12.5, however it has stopped working suddenly and the app refuses to open since last week. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled, but the same issue remains and the app refuses to open. Please can you confirm the app is still compatible with IpadOS 12.5?

I downloaded this app and never used it but have been charged subscription fees. Initially i didn’t realize it. Then I started receiving weekly deductions of 5dhs while I never subscribed. Tried to unsubscribe at Apple store but it was not possible. I sent a message thru sms. I don’t understand whose consent they got to do all this. I feel it either has a technical glitch that requires immediate attention or is being used as a way to con people who are not very aware of trials vs subscriptions vs just downloading. I need an explanation and I am considering reporting you for conning people. This is not right. You should not charge people without their consent.

Hello dear Gaijininnihon..Thank you so much for your feedback and we are sorry that you encountered an issue while using Lamsa app. We assure you that we never intend to charge any user without their approval, and this is why we stopped a subscription method that needs only one tap on a pop up message, to start your subscription and get charged 5DHs weekly, it was confusing for our users and contradicts our policy.You can still contact us on Help@lamsaworld.com and we will help you stop the deductions and give you a free period on Lamsa as a compensation.
