It was so disappointed that on the application it says that my items are delivered but there was nothing infront my door. So I asked their team to give me proof of delivery cause i never received it. But supprisingly, their agent told me to ask my neighbors if they received my items (I am leaving in an apartment and I dont talk to my neighbor) I explained to their agent that it is a shame to knock each door and ask about my package and it is a shame to check one by one their parcel infront of their door. But the agent insist that I must check with them first before he can raise a complain. And I was explaining that he just need to provide to me the proof of delivery so that I can verify, but he insist that I still need to check with my neighbor and ask the security to check about the delivery before he can raise the complain and inform the responsible team. And I contacted the 3rd party which is the shipping company, it is true that the item was delivered but, not on our building, its on different building so I informed the trendyol team that it was delivered on the wrong address. And UNFORTUNATELY, I DIDN'T GET ANY REFUND AND UPDATE ON THEIR MISTAKE

"I ordered two laundry detergent products from Trendyol, but later noticed that one of the products is not suitable for my washing machine. I couldn't find a cancel button, so I contacted customer service and requested to cancel my order. However, they claimed that cancellation was not possible as the order was already being prepared, and that I would need to receive it first before returning it. I then placed another order with the correct products before the offer expired, but after completing the order, one of the products was canceled by them without my consent, and the shipping cost was deducted from the canceled product's value. When I contacted customer service, the representative, Hanin, refused to file a complaint for me, dismissed the matter, and ended the conversation before I was done speaking. Another representative raised the complaint, but I still haven't been contacted or had any of the issues resolved. Terrible customer service, a failed app, and their employees don't respect their customers 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻"

Wrong Item Delivered, No Return Pickup, No Refund

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Trendyol.I received the wrong item, and since July 2, I have been requesting an update regarding my return pickup. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the customer service agents repeatedly told me to contact Shipa Delivery myself. As a customer, I should not be responsible for coordinating with the delivery partner when the mistake was not mine.Today is already July 7, and my return package still has not been picked up despite my daily follow-ups. Every day I am told to wait until “tomorrow,” but no one comes to collect the package.The Trendyol Assistant is also not helpful. It only provides automated responses, and it is very difficult to reach a live customer service representative. Even when I finally speak to an agent, they simply redirect me to Shipa instead of taking ownership of the issue and helping resolve it.I just want my return to be collected as soon as possible so that my refund can be processed. My money has been tied up because of a mistake that was not my fault, and this delay is completely unacceptable.This experience has been frustrating and stressful. I expected Trendyol to provide better customer support and take responsibility for issues like incorrect deliveries. I hope Trendyol improves its customer service and works more effectively with its delivery partners to prevent other customers from going through the same experience.

My order arrived late! I didn’t receive any compensation for late delivery as promised in the application. Since the product arrived late they were useless for me so I put a return request. I used Trendyol chat assistant to confirm the refund amount before the return & refund request. I was informed total refund amount will be 133 AED so I confirmed and chat assistant confirmed and put the return request on my behalf for 2 items. Pick up was delayed by 2 days. Finally when pick up happened I received confirmation the pick of only 1 item. Despite having both the items in the same package. I immediately connected with the chat assistant again and I was told wait for sometime and once the product is in our warehouse we will get final information on the return package. Now i received an email from Trendyol saying return completed and AED 54 will be refunded to me card.This was my first shopping experience with Trendyol. Highly disappointed and gutted with the whole experience.
