I had airtel since I had my first cell phone. For quite some time I switched to another service provider. However, I moved to Airtel again. Being a brand loyal It is little disappionting as I feel Airtel should work on their network coverage and not make their app a bit more user friendly with more information and accessability. Airtel is one of the best and should also ensure the staff they hire in stores are customer friendly and customer oriented. It only takes one wrong transaction to loose a faithful customer. I am extremely disappointed with both the Airtel Thanks app and their services.First, the customer care is non-existent. The app forces you to interact with a frustrating chatbot that cannot solve complex issues. It acts as a digital wall to prevent you from reaching a real person.Second, I bought an "Unlimited 5G" plan expecting unrestricted data, but the network is a complete scam. Instead of using the unlimited 5G benefit, it actively consumed my daily base 2GB data quota. Because it drained everything, I was forced to spend extra money out of my own pocket to buy an additional 50GB 30-day data pack! To make matters worse, the Airtel Thanks app chatbot is utterly useless, trapping me in endless automated loops so I can never talk to real customer

App-in support to be included for international users, it’s easy to reach customer care support when you are in country but from outside it’s very difficult. App-in support will make it a lot easier to interact with support and report issues. Even we are paying a lot but there is no support for us.

Last month due to there is no office at my home town I decided to get nearest company service I transfer my number from idea to Airtel... from starting I am facing issues like call dropping call not connecting some time I am in network but people say that your number appear out of reach... it's my biggest mistake that I transfer to Airtel.. as I was using idea I never face any issues I tried to get support from customer service I talked with nodle person they don't have any proper answer... it's totally best of time to talk with them... totally disappointed I changed my all settings I changed my phone also. 😏😏😏
