Coming from ExpressVPN, PureVPN can improve a lot in UI and UX. Initially I had issues getting it running properly on my AppleTV but after a few attempts using the help from the online chat support on their website I got it working. I hope they are willing to learn from other similar services and improve theirs.If you can improve your app logo that would be great ;) but that’s a small nitpick, it’s not my favorite design.

First of all Guys I bought this useless app and it doesn’t work at all and it go by default to auto renew where they say you can cancel the auto renew from setting and that straight up a lie you can’t ,, be carful then I contacted them on the website and they start to play games with me and not answering the question then when I said I want to cancel my auto renewal the customer service who was talking to me lost interest and told me I have to send an email and fallow them ofcours they play this game to make you lost and take your money, when I ask him to do it for me he ignore me and started sending me emails address and was rode as well. By the way again the app doesn’t work at all and the reviews where someone say a girl helped him and was so good I think it is a lie and he is doing review from the company.

Works on pc but not iOS

I have iPhone 11 Pro and the app keeps freezing when I try to connect, then when I leave it for a while like that, it says “unable to connect” after pressing troubleshoot , it says change location, I did it with 5 locations all the same. Reinstalled the app, restarted the phone , the promt for vpn configuration on iOS showed up and I press accept, still same issue, no updates, I just got a year membership and if this doesn’t get resolved, I’m refunding…
