Rooms 4.0 brings a major redesign focused on helping you discover more rooms, follow creators more easily, and interact faster. - Replaced the old infinite feed with a real home screen, featuring a daily "Today's Picks" selection of 30 curated rooms (a mix of featured, trending, and recent) so you can browse with purpose instead of endless scrolling. - Added a Following row that surfaces new rooms from creators you follow, marked as new, giving your latest creations prime visibility with your followers. - Simplified navigation down to three tabs (browse, create, be) with a sleek new glass-style tab bar. - Today's Picks cards now show a badge explaining why a room is surfaced (Featured, Hot, or Recent). - Made the room info panel easier to discover and use, with a visible handle so you know it can be expanded and slides open smoothly. - Added one-tap Follow buttons directly in the Creators to Follow section. - Introduced quick comment reactions and replies right from the notifications tray, so you can respond to fans without opening the room. - Moved Challenges into a new Create page, your one-stop hub for starting from scratch, joining a challenge, remixing, or trying an activity. - Added guided Activities: small, relaxed creative building tasks, each with its own gallery to see what others made. - Refreshed the app's menu with a cleaner design. - Added new fonts for text objects and speech bubbles, plus new vertical and horizontal text alignment options.

1. Zoom you can now zoom anywhere you want in a room just by pinching your fingers. Once zoomed, you can rotate with one finger we’ll use whatever is at the center of the screen as the pivot for rotation. 2. Room Info panel We’ve added an info panel to each room, which includes a few room facts + the remix history for that room (if there is one). You can access this by tapping a room’s name or description. 3. Clearer identification of remixes When a room is a remix of another room, we’ll show “remix of room-name” before the description. If the remixed room was a challenge or base room, the text and icon will change. If we detect the room is a copycat of another room, it’ll show “copy of.” 4. Bigger loading thumbnails When swiping through rooms in feeds, you should now see a full screen thumbnail in place of the hexagonal thumbnails. 5. Challenge winner badges If a room won a challenge, it’ll now have a badge.
