Descent app but the only problem is if you book a pick up timing the app will ask a pick up time but you will have to wait whole fay for their people to arrive, that pick up timing has no use because their peopel will call and will say they will pick 9PM even I put an 11AM pick up time, there are days that the collection was done 1AM in the morning, very unprofessional, service fee increased but quality of service declined
Jeebly is a Waste of Time. DON’T USE THIS SERVICE.

Never been more repeatedly disappointed by a courier service than Jeebly. I booked Next-Day Delivery but they kept changing the pick-up date three times. The pick-up timing is supposed to be between 9AM-7PM but the drivers call after 7:30PM-8PM yet fail to show up and never respond back to your calls or messages. Drivers also lie to their reports that the customer doesn’t want to hand over a package but I have proof of the drivers never responding to calls or texts. Customer Service is pathetic, they “don’t know” anything about what’s going on with your tracking and can’t offer any help at all. The company should just fire these useless staff to save money or update their training.

Enquired before proceeding with the shipment to the team directly to ensure the item to ship and the location was fine which was confirmed. After the item was picked up, Jeebly contacted sharing that actually they could not ship this item and would simply return it back to where it came from. And as of refund, there is a fee. An enormous joke and the worst customer care I have ever seen. Showing so little care, acknowledgment of your own mistake and lack of service what so ever is very unusual for the UAE. Do not use this courrier, not reliable and no care at all for their service.

I was having difficulty to find someone to pick my package from Abu Dhabi to Dubai to find a trustworthy and reliable pick and drop is very difficulty as there are many companies but most of them are in professional. Found Jeebly and went them it and I must say their service was very efficient and professional I got my package within 13 hours after booking. Thank you
