The are the worst in UAE specially during sale . First they approve your order. Take money from your card then after 1 week they cancel one item and after that everyday they cancel one item per day . Never belive on them . They are worst then anyother app . And whats most annoying they never reply to your email . They didn’t even bother to answer your emails. And after 3 weeks and plus they cancel each and every item you select and payback after a month . 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻…. Max and centerpoint are best for online shoppings specially during sale .

I used to really like this brand and had a good impression of it, but unfortunately, after placing an order online, I found the experience to be very unprofessional.My order was delivered without an order number. When I contacted them by email to get the order details, they told me that they could not find any matching order, even though I provided my phone number and payment details. Even the delivery company was unable to provide me with the order number.On top of that, the app does not work at all. I am using the same email address and password registered with the brand, yet I still cannot access my account.Honestly, this experience was very disappointing and made me feel that their online ordering and customer service are not professional at all. It is especially disappointing because I used to be a fan of this brand and had a lot of trust in it.

Its one of the worst designed app in terms of UI/UX. I think handled by absolute immatures who have no idea of how to do their task. I have trying to order a few items and getting getting stuck in the app having to restrat it all over again. Got so fed up with the app experience that finally decided not to order anything. Cant even phantom how much business the company might be losing through such a poor app and surprised the management havent taken any serious decisions surrounding it.Guy you really need to change your tech team.
