Missing Tokens and In-Game Currency After Purchase

I am writing this because I am really frustrated and concerned about what happened with my account. I contacted support through the app almost 13 hours ago and still haven’t received any reply. I recently spent real money to buy casino tokens and collected almost 10 million tokens. I also had over 100 million in-game cash saved for upgrades. While I was playing, the game suddenly showed a connection error. I closed and reopened the app but it happened again, so I thought it might be a Wi-Fi issue. A few hours later, when I opened the app again, almost all my tokens and cash were gone. There was barely anything left. I don’t understand how this could happen since this involved real money. Where did my purchases go? Was there a glitch or system error? This is very concerning for me. I would really appreciate it if you could look into this urgently and explain to me what exactly happened. Please explain to me what went wrong and I expect my lost tokens and cash to be restored or refund me the money used to purchase the tokens. This happened really late at night/morning of February 17th, possibly between the time 12:00 am to 3:00 am. Please respond as soon as possible. I need answers. Thank you.

This app’s in-app purchase system is extremely misleading. The app shows one price during checkout, but after payment you suddenly get charged for multiple product tiers you never agreed to purchase. For example, a $2 purchase suddenly became a $12 charge on my bank account. The worst part is this did not happen only once, this has happened literally every time I made an in-app purchase on this app.Customer service is also terrible. It takes days just to receive a response regarding incorrect charges, which is completely unacceptable for a payment-related issue.

Honestly the game is pretty good. I hope to see more future updates , I’ll be playing this game for the long haul. Hope that there are more future additional updates soon with more things to do in the casino, more variety of hustles like the blackjack, that was a great addition, and maybe character house with home upgrades to visit. But this app is very cool
