When it comes for Taxi services in asian countries grab really dont have any competitors. The rate they offer for rides is cheaper than public transport most of the time. They have food delivery which is also fast with every single restaurants in the city listed.Application is very user friendly and can add international card for payments which makes things even more easier during travelers.Drivers are very good, grab will take care of your safety.

Be very careful! I ordered food on this app from a A 5 star food location and selected to pay with cash when my food arrived. However, after an hour had passed, I messaged the delivery driver, who sent a picture of a different food location. It turns out, after searching google the reputable restaurant that I order from was closed. This was not the food location my order was being collected from! The driver was taking my same order from a 2 star location. Very disappointing as I specifically ordered from the original place for the reviews and food quality. The driver tried to convince me it was from a similar place. Scandalous and poor ethics as this is how tourists can become very ill with food poisoning. Additionally, another driver took my order and requested 500 extra to deliver my food as it was far. Grab, you should not be allowing this to happen.. ridiculous service!

I’ve used grab for 2 years while traveling through Asia and it worked well, but when I came to Bali problems started: first 3ds was triggered for each order from my account. That was ok since I have my number connected anyway, no big deal, but one night I get a notification about a browser login and my account disappears. I log in the next morning after I manage to set up whatsapp on another phone bc sms isn’t working with grab and I see no payment methods, no order history, nothing. Created a virtual card to avoid blocking the physical one, and they refused to use it after one order. Absolutely no way to get to their support. Basically I have no way to order a taxi here

I’m genuinely amazed by this company. My first order had a small problem because it was my first time using the service, but the second order was absolutely perfect. The delivery was incredibly fast, smooth, and professional. Everything arrived much quicker than expected and the whole experience was excellent.
