Issues with Cancelling the Trial

Have been trying to cancel the trial subscription for over a month of back-and-forth email communication (it was not possible to cancel it from the account settings, after I brought the issue to them over the email and after they have been trying to charge the subscription fee ! 9 times ! over almost 2 months with me explicitly requesting manual cancellation (since they don’t give it as a user default option) after the first fee notification. Eventually they charged the subscription fee and refused to refund it - and after successfully charging the subscription and 1.5 month of cancellation requests they replied with the instructions how to cancel it from my end (and the cancellation button magically appeared after the reply and charged subscription). And yet they keep trying to charge after the unauthorized payment and cancellation. Beware of this potential issue and their refunds attitude.
