NRI customers struggle to activate mobile banking through this app.

The application is fine to use local customer; however, we are still facing one issue. NRI customers who register with an abroad mobile number face significant difficulties activating the mobile application. When trying to activate mobile banking with an international number, the app keeps sending SMS messages, but the activation fails. This leads to money being deducted by the service provider for international SMS charges. We need to improve the process to make it easier for NRI customers to activate mobile banking and avoid these problems.

Very bad service. I have been trying to make online transfer from yesterday afternoon and not able to get through. Every time app says OTP has been sent to my mobile but it’s never received. I’m able to receive other msgs related to the acct though!!

I've been experiencing the same issue with the IndOASIS app for the past two years—I'm not receiving the mobile OTP. Despite repeatedly reporting this problem to all relevant departments, there has been no resolution. It's frustrating that such a critical function remains unresolved for so long. I hope the developers prioritize fixing this issue soon.
