My experience with the new App is very good so far! Haven’t explored the options yet! But the look & feel is definitely better than before

The new HDFC Bank app feels like a classic case of style over substance. Yes, the look has changed… but the customer experience and usability seem to have taken a step backwards.Simple things now feel unnecessarily complicated, navigation is confusing and features customers used daily are harder to find. It feels like the focus was more on cosmetic redesign rather than improving actual usability.A banking app should make life easier, faster and intuitive — not force customers to relearn basic tasks. Unfortunately, this update feels disconnected from what customers truly value.

Half-Baked App, Forced Upgrade, No Access to Banking

app has been pushed in early release, but it feels unfinished and unreliable. I was forcefully upgraded from the old app (which worked perfectly fine) to this new version, and now I can’t even get past registration. The app looks half-cooked, crashes at the most basic step, and has essentially cut me off from mobile banking. Instead of improving the experience, this has left me with no choice but to use the website on my PC for basic transactions or switch to another bank. Very disappointing rollout for something as critical as banking access.

Not user friendly

I would like inform you that this version of the app is not up to the mark. It’s really difficult to use. It lacks basic functionalities like looking at my recent 10 transactions. There is no option to download the statements. User navigation is also not clear. I believe you should look at the UX of this app as a customer and see for yourself what are the things that you do frequently and are not able to do so. Zero stars. Pls allow me to switch back to the old app till the time this one is fixed
