Get the most from Tile with a Premium Plan
Subscribe to a Plan for the most robust finding experience for all of your Tiles. You’ll receive a Smart Alert notification when you leave something behind. For U.S. subscribers, if you do actually lose something, and Tile can’t find it, we reimburse you up to your item reimbursement limit.
All new users are eligible for a 30 day free trial of a Premium or Premium Protect Plan. Afterwards, Premium is available for a monthly or annual subscription and Premium Protect is available for an annual subscription.
Item Reimbursement is provided under Premium and Premium Protect subscription with no additional fees through XCover.com and is currently available to U.S, subscribers only.

After your one-month free trial (new customers only), payment will be charged to your iTunes account. Your free trial will end, and your iTunes account will be charged, 30 days after you sign up for Tile Premium or Premium Protect.
Premium and Premium Protect require installation of the Tile application, ownership of a Tile-enabled device, Tile account registration, acceptance of Tile’s Terms of Service and acknowledgment of Tile’s Privacy Policy.
For Japan: No refunds or exchanges for convenience are permitted.
For Korea and Quebec: Residents of Korea and Quebec’ first subscription fee will be charged in 30 days instead of a free trial.

I lost my car keys when I got home and couldn’t find it anywhere, then I realized I had the tile and quickly did a search and walla what a relief. It had fallen from my pocket in the parking lot and didn’t realize it. The search option was brutally accurate and found it a jiffy. I’m glad I bought the Tile.

I am a personality who NEEDS a product like Tile. But at this point I find it pretty useless:• it reminds me way too late, when I have forgotten my keys...• I bought two “pro Tiles” - one of them was in my wallet and stopped to work (before it consistently “found” my phone as I had it in my back pocket - especially while driving) - as mentioned then it stopped to work (less than 2 weeks after the purchase)- tried to reconnect it with my phone and eventually lost the Tile (this shouldn’t really happen!!!).• The payable premium functions should mostly be included in the purchase of a Tile- no I don’t need to have the tracking trail function - but a reminder function is quite essential - especially if you are looking at the cost of the hardware.• Several times I forgot my keys and it lost any connection- so I could not really find it with Tile.A key ring which rings if you are whistling is probably as good as this product. If the product would work 100% (smaller reminder circle, better connection and better efficiency) the only issue would be the premium payables- but at this point I am very dissatisfied with the product! It adds to the size of my key ring however doesn’t really work as advertised!Oh- I lost one tile again- no chance of recovery (keys). The app sends me still reminders that i apparently let my lost keys behind.Ah - and I “lost” my wallet - and it showed that the location function is also absolute crap - besides that the beep is not loud enough... the range function showed me a total different location. Hence I looked on the parking instead of my apartment!Crap- crap and more e pensive crap!!!

Watch your privacy and phone’s battery

I think that Tile infringes the user’s privacy and affects the devices battery. It doesn’t deserve the purchase, while other competitors do it in a much better way for a fraction of Tile’s premium price. The app insists relentlessly to remind me to set location setting to “Always”. No thanks! I want to use this device to find my stuff under the pillow. That’s it
