There’s a serious problem with payment. You can’t add a new credit card while paying. Please avail the feature of adding a credit card as a general feature in settings even before starting to book a movie ticket. Customer should be always able to add cards (currently we can delete cards but can’t add new one).Payment is essential piece in customer experience, please make it easy .Thanks

Poor customer services maybe the reason is because I’m a Filipino also, I ordered a popcorn and ask Alyssa to put on a bag we’re you can close my popcorn instead she gave me a paper bag and told me that next time I need to include it to my order, while I’m talking, you turn back and get my popcorn without even asking me, it’s kind a rude even your not a customer service when someone is talking to you politely you will not turn back and leave the man talking alone, you are very rude what a shame you are a Filipina and get your attitude is like that! I’m so upset because when you hand me the popcorn and tell you put in the bag you remember what you told me? “Next time include the bag in your order”with an attitude yes with an attitude, I won’t need a bag if you listen to me in the first place Alyssa you are very rude this was happen in Mall of emirates VOX i hope this small issue raise to management,

It is like we are paying for poor services and yesterday the AC wasn’t working there and the screen was blurry because of the humidity:) we couldn’t breathe there 😃 the movie started and we requested by the app to prepare our food they said in 10 minutes and we took more than 20 minutes standing and waiting ! the movie started and we still couldn’t take our food they are too slow while preparing the orders and you can see it when you are standing there, and I called them to do something we couldn’t watch the movie because of hotness and humidity and slow service THEY HANG UP THE CALL AND NEVER CALL BACK AND NO ONE REPLIES TO YOUR EMAIL even not refunded for this poo service (never again)

I booked as usual with my account and despite having buy one get one offer on my credit card the app deducted the full amount. I called their customer service number 3 times and on average I waited 25 min each and got faced each time with one officer called Mona. She highlighted that despite the booking under my account but it has been considered as guest and that’s why full amount has been deducted and no refund can be done. I requested each time for supervisor call back to solve this issue as it is not my fault to pay extra for their technicians issue but no one has called. Very bad experience and very disappointing.
