Bad transcription. Malfunctions when several languages are spoken
12/12/2025
JoDagr
Did a terrible job transcribing. Had a session where one speaker spoke English and the other Chinese. The app got so confused it could not even recognize that someone was speaking English, even though that is the main language I had been using it for. It only registered the Chinese part, timestamps were off… had to redo the whole thing manually. It basically made my job a lot harder.

Poor medical app. Difficult cancellation

Poor application for medical record, if you stop the recording it will generate another nots. Also application is not easy to cancelled . I don’t recommended for now . They needs to improve it and make it easy . Typing much better than using the current version. All the best for the future

I liked the app as a functionally however I couldn’t restore my purchase despite multiple tries including emails and chat with your bots. Clearly no human is monitoring that it’s all automated and not working!
