I now feel so free as I can be 100% present with my clients and other meetings as I don’t need to take any notes ! My pocket takes cares of that and then produces an outstanding written summary that picks up alll those items that I missed, creates a follow plan and to do from the meeting ! Thank you!

I really wanted to like Pocket, but the customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. Before using it for professional conversations, I asked Pocket some fairly standard questions about data privacy, subprocessors, AI training, retention and access to recordings. The team initially responded and told me the outstanding questions had been escalated to their legal and security team.I followed up twice and received no further response.I then emailed asking to return the device and for instructions on how to do so. Again, no response, despite multiple emails. For a product designed to record and process conversations, I think customers are entitled to clear answers about how their data is handled. At the very least, a customer asking to exercise the advertised return policy should receive a response.I’m posting this review in the hope that someone from Pocket will finally contact me and process the return.

Does everything that the ad says it does. Solid enhancement in productivity. Would be great if we could get a tracker. Sometimes this is misplaced and difficult to find in case it’s not in Bluetooth range.

Worth every cent. The use of AI and listening capacity is phenomenal. My go to tool for all things personal and business when it comes to documenting and summarizing.
