Dear Etihad Rail Team,I would like to share my concern regarding your online booking system. I am 15 years old and interested in travelling on Etihad Rail independently. However, when I try to enter my date of birth in the booking settings, the earliest birth year available is 2008, which prevents me from entering my actual birth year, 2010.This is frustrating because it makes it difficult for younger passengers like myself to book tickets using their correct personal information. If passengers aged 15 are eligible to travel independently, the booking system should allow them to enter their actual date of birth and book the appropriate ticket.I kindly request that you review this issue and clarify the correct booking procedure for passengers under 18 who wish to travel alone. The booking process should be accessible, accurate, and straightforward for all eligible passengers.I look forward to your response and hope this issue can be resolved soon.Kind regards
