Very poor subscription process. When you purchase promotional videos, a one-week subscription is automatically added without an option to opt out. There is also no way to cancel it directly in the app you have to send an email.If you miss the cancellation, your account is automatically charged. This is extremely inconvenient and not customer-friendly. Subscription and cancellation options should be clear, transparent, and available directly in the app.

I have been charged $39, for a subscription I never did! I just purchased 3 courses $1 each, and surprisingly they didn’t even worse a single dollar!There was no any mention to any kind of subscription during the time of purchase, it was advertised as a one dollar one time purchase!I purchased 3 courses, however I got charged $4 in the form of four transactions $1 each! I have the email receipts I received after the transactions, there was no mentioning of subscription!But it’s clear to me now how you are running this scam!!*The developer reply below is another big lie!! I have emailed them the confirmation emails I received, no mention for any kind of subscription!! They are just a group of scammers!!

The button is visible, but when clicked the page reloads and a banner overlays the area, making it impossible to access and complete the cancellation.Subscription terms and cancellation processes are not clear and their practices are unethical. I would not recommend this service.Do not provide debit or credit card details through their website.
