I subscribed to AyahPath with genuine excitement, hoping to deepen my understanding of the Quran. Unfortunately, what should have been a meaningful spiritual journey turned into an extremely frustrating experience. After purchasing a 4-week subscription, I was immediately presented with additional, significantly more expensive Premium subscription options to unlock more content and features. This was not clearly communicated before my initial purchase. I genuinely thought I was paying for access to the program, only to discover that further payments were being promoted to access everything. To make matters worse, I paid through Apple Pay on their website, but the subscription does not appear in my Apple subscriptions. There is no clear option to cancel automatic renewal in the app, and I could not find a straightforward way to manage my subscription on their website.I received no proper payment receipt, no clear next billing date, and no accessible subscription management options. I had to email customer support simply to request cancellation of automatic renewal. For a platform built around understanding and reflecting on the Quran, this lack of transparency is especially disappointing.Subscription prices, access limitations, additional Premium tiers, and cancellation procedures should all be clearly disclosed BEFORE customers pay.The entire purchasing experience felt misleading and unnecessarily complicated. I strongly regret subscribing.I hope the developers address these issues and prioritize transparency over aggressive upselling.
