The subscription function is only to improve the user experience of the APP. It does not affect the normal use of the APP whether you subscribe or not.
2. Subscription Benefits
With a Weekly Pass Pro or Annual Pass Pro subscription, you can:
- After purchasing Weekly Pass Pro or Annual Pass Pro, you can watch any episode without limit.
- Ad-free: After unlocking, except for incentive ads, other types of ads will no longer be displayed.
- 1080P resolution: Video playback supports selecting 1080P resolution.
3. About automatic renewal
- Subscription will be automatically renewed 24 hours before the valid period. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time. There is no refund when the renewal is successful.
- If your payment method cannot be charged, your subscription may not renew. The payment may be retried in accordance with the applicable billing policy. If a retry is successful, you will be charged the applicable renewal price for the subscription period disclosed to you.
4. How to cancel the subscription

- Click on "Payment and Subscription" and then click on "Subscription".
- Select your StoryReel subscription.
- Click on "Cancel Subscription".

The stories are not complete. You purchase a specific drama expecting to be able to watch the entire story, but not all episodes are actually available. It makes absolutely no sense to sell something that is not complete without clearly informing customers beforehand.You end up paying for something you cannot fully watch, essentially wasting your money, or you are forced to purchase a long-term membership without even knowing when the continuation will be released.I find this extremely misleading and unfair to customers. If a drama is not complete, this should be clearly stated before the purchase so people can make an informed decision.

I bought a week subscription to watch a specific series and I discovered that it was not complete and new episodes still to be added which will defiantly make you pay for extra weeks if you want to complete it … the funny part is I saw another ad for the continuation of the series I am watching but in another platform called Vibe Short which means that those series were fully created but they chose to podcast it this way to force you subscribe longer … cheap way of getting paid … maybe if Apple will look closer they might discover the same owner running both platforms

Good Stories, but Disappointing Endings

The stories are interesting, but the animation needs improvement. My biggest problem is that most stories don’t have proper endings. Some promise a second season without saying when it will be released, while others simply end without finishing the story.It’s frustrating to spend time watching a drama and never get a proper ending. Please focus on completing your stories and improving the animation.
