A PR tracker and gym workout log for lifters: weight x reps logged between sets, personal bests kept for you, and a rest timer running on the Lock Screen. Most training gets lost: a notes app, a receipt, somewhere between last Tuesday and now. Logr is a workout tracker built for one job. You put in two numbers per set, and you get back a training diary: what you lifted, when, how long you rested, and whether the weight on the bar is going up. • A PR tracker keeping four personal bests per lift: heaviest weight, best estimated 1RM (Epley), best set by volume, most reps on unloaded movements. Working sets only, so a warm-up never becomes a PB. • Logging that fits between sets: tap in weight x reps and get back to the bench. Time per set is recorded too, so the workout log holds a session's pace, not just its totals. • Six ways to measure a set (weight and reps, bodyweight reps, added bodyweight, assisted bodyweight, duration, duration with weight), locked at the first logged set, so a lift is measured the same way every week. • A rest timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, counting down between one heavy set and the next without unlocking your phone. • A gym exercise library of 449 movements with demonstration media, searched by name or browsed by muscle, plus custom exercises you add with your own photo. • Logr Rank: a percentile-style strength ladder per lift, worked out from your logged numbers against published strength standards, so progressive overload has a scale, not a feeling. Only lifts with a published standard get a rank. How it works 1. Pick a routine you built, a plan generated around your training days, or start an empty session. 2. Log each set as you finish it. Mark warm-ups as warm-ups, or have a ramp written in at 40/60/80% of the working weight for 5/3/2 reps. 3. Finish. Personal bests, rank, streak and calendar update from the sets you just logged. Between racking the bar and seeing progress This is the loop. You rest, and the timer counts down on the Lock Screen. You lift. You log. When the session ends, those sets land in your gym diary and everything moves with them: a body map of the muscles you have trained and how recently; muscle recovery as elapsed time since a muscle was last worked, against a stated rest window; a training calendar of one tile per day, a year at a time; and streaks counting sessions trained, not days on a calendar. Follow other lifters and react to their sessions. Who it is for, and what it is not It is for lifting: barbell, dumbbell and machine work, push-pull-legs, upper-lower, full body. Anyone doing strength training who wants a workout journal that outlasts the session. It works offline: sets are written to the phone first and the server catches up later, so a basement with no signal changes nothing. Kilograms or pounds, in 24 languages. It is not a calorie counter, a macro tracker or a diet app. It does not follow your steps, runs or routes. There is no AI coach, no form checking, no automatic rep counting. It records what you lifted. Start a session, log the first set, and let the numbers do the arguing. Logr Pro subscription Logr requires a Logr Pro subscription, which includes everything described above. Choose weekly or yearly; the yearly plan starts with a free trial if you are eligible. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends.
