• Sign up with your passport. Not South African? You can now create your payAll account with a passport number as well as a South African ID.
• Smoother sign-up. Clearer checks on your details, and a friendly message if your cellphone number or email is already registered.
• Easier password recovery. Use your ID or passport number, with clearer guidance if something doesn't match.
• Faster start. Your home screen opens straight away after you log in.
• Pull to refresh. Swipe down on Messages and Notices to see the latest.
• Better on a weak connection. If your signal drops, payAll tells you clearly instead of leaving you waiting.
• Safer wallet payments. If your connection drops mid-payment, payAll checks the payment's real status before showing the result.
