My mom is 86 and I was continually either needing to do tech support blindly or run over to her house. I added her computer as a trusted device and now I can login and see her problem and either fix it or tell her what to do. It is great. Thank you for allowing personal use for free!

I couldn’t add new computer in the list after latest updates, when am choosing add computer application getting close. Please do needful asap.
