Can’t log in when I logged out it won’t allow at all why is that so difficult I was so happy with the service much better than the previous vpn which we unsubscribed it was useless so since April last year was good my husband travels out of the country Defoe work so his vpn stopped working when he switched his phone that’s it won’t allow him to log in I was still okay until a few days ago o logged out for the first time trying to help my husband get the password then I wasn’t allowed to log in again we still have 3 month subscription and when I contacted you guys you sent me a solution consists of few pages of steps that needs a computer engineer to be able to go through I have no time or ability to do that so what’s the solution? I want my money back for 2 month’s subscription left or a new subscription with extra 3 month added. Why would this happen while it was so good and we were happy until we logged out actually my husband was logged out he never did it

I ’ve been a NordVPN user for a while, but recently it’s been a frustrating experience. I switched to a new iPhone 16, and the VPN app simply won’t work. I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times, checked all my settings, and even tried resetting my network configurations. Still no luck.To make matters worse, I tried accessing their website for troubleshooting, but it seems to be down as well. It’s unacceptable for a premium VPN service to have these kinds of reliability issues, especially when you’re paying for peace of mind and privacy.I hope they address these technical and server-related issues soon, as this level of service doesn’t live up to the brand’s reputation. Until then, I’d hesitate to recommend NordVPN to others.

After 2 months from paying for my 1 year subscription it stopped working for me!! And in the end their response was their app won’t work on uae !! the funniest thing they said is they won’t provide refund because I purchased it from App Store!!
