I am very glad to use this app. It provides a great solution for me since I prefer dual monitors. The app offers paid upgrades if you need additional features, but I am sticking to the basic option.I use duet on iPad Pro with a Windows laptop. The app used to disconnect after using it for a while. The support team responded to my email with a fix to the issue within a day.

I originally purchased this two years ago hoping to make my ipad pro as a drawing tablet- i considered this as this already features all I need. BUT they started charging annually and making different tiers with pressure sensitivity etc. which is a broadl daylight scam for me. they even made two options. im hoping when I got and paid the app before those updates, I get it as it is not by policy changes. not a good deal. astropad deal is better

We do understand your point, and we know it may seem like too much, but in reality, the payment for the subscription is due to the wide range of opportunities that Duet Pro can give our users. This requires a lot of development to support, and it is only for a small number of users, so the only model that works for us is an ongoing subscription. That is why the main product is a one time purchase, and the niche features like Duet Air & Pro are for a small market but more amount of work.
I am changing my review to optimistic. 5 stars to this version.

After the last update, the app became amazing. It is using the high iPad resolution and it is full screen. Again Duet is an amazing concept and from my software experience it is extremely hard to implement. Good job, please keep it up.

Lagging so much, not worth your money!

So I downloaded this app expecting it will boost my productivity, but surprise surprise it’s not, and here is why I will uninstall it, don’t waste your 10$!When picking the resolution you will have to choose snappiness OR image quality. Let me explain, at the lowest resolution your cursor will be as fast as it’s on your desktop, but obviously your eyes will bleed from the pixelated text. But if you went for the highest resolution you will get a fantastic image quality but on the expense of your cursor speed, which becomes so slow and it’s frustrating.Final thought, I hope this company spent as much on development as its spending on marketing, like the web is full of paid adds praising this application while it has a lot to be improved.
