Paid for a video consultation, but the doctor never answered the call. No video, no audio, no discussion. I shared all my reports and the doctor just prescribed medicines without any explanation. When I tried asking questions, he marked the consultation as complete and stopped responding.This is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a paid medical service. Felt completely cheated. Practo needs better quality control over doctors on its platform.

Never faced such terrible service before, I was assigned to a doctor who cut the call 10mins in and I got re assigned mid appointment to a junior doc, as I only wanted to speak to senior ones, I asked the doc that we don’t have to continue and I’ll talk to support it. They neither assigned me a Senior Doc or have my money back after raising almost 10 tickets at this point

Nothing is free. Every doctor and every response simply asks you to send pictures or details via consultation services for which you have to buy a subscription. You can’t share any pictures or details for free.
