It’s one of best reliable serious marriage matching app in spite some disadvantages of daily limited swaps and the hidden liked pictures for the pure commercial sake of getting gold subscription to make money which is fine to certain extent , we all need to make living but there are other ways of making money from ads for example, but it should not be the main driving objective effecting your app causing a lot of limitations for communicating with others as effective as possible.

If your aim is marriage this app won’t help at all. It’s full of non serious people who are just on it to use you either financially or sexually. Besides that, it has many desperate people who downloaded this app as their last resort, either they are divorced and need someone to fill their emotional gap or financially broken & looking for an ATM machine. I had experienced a lot on this app and got nothing at the end but disappointment. And yes don’t be shocked when you notice some users with very high expectations when they have zero to nothing to provide. Adding to that an incident that occurred to me this week. I purchased a one week membership two weeks ago thinking that it won’t renew automatically on a weekly basis without my permission. When I got charged for the second week membership I contacted MuzzMatch team twice and they just simply rejected refunding my money back. MuzzMatch please keep in mind that I will never forgive you for the second week deduction. Just a piece of advice for anyone wish to get decent person to marry, always go for the traditional way and meet people in real life or through family connections. Apps and social media will never be useful in helping people to get married, yes there are some successful case but they are too rare.

I am absolutely disgusted by the experience I’ve had with Muzz. Despite explicitly informing their customer support that I did NOT want my subscription renewed, they went ahead and charged my card without my permission. I sent them a message on August 27th, making it very clear that I didn’t want to renew my subscription September 21st because I’ve been trying to cancel the subscription but I couldn’t do it manually since am in a different country and can’t login with a foreign card in the App Store , but they completely ignored my request.To avoid this exact scenario, I even emptied my account before the renewal date on August 21st. The subscription was rightfully cancelled due to insufficient funds, so I thought that would be the end of it. But guess what? As soon as I deposited funds back into my account—money meant for my rent, not some sneaky subscription charge—they took it! Now I’m left in a horrible situation because the transaction has been flagged as suspicious by my bank, and I can’t access the rest of my own money.This app’s shady practices have not only put me in financial distress but have also left me feeling betrayed. Customer support has been unresponsive and utterly useless in resolving this issue. How dare they put me through this mess despite me taking every precaution to avoid it? This is not how you treat customers.Avoid this app unless you want to be subjected to unauthorized charges and a complete disregard for customer service. Absolutely infuriating!

From my experience people on this app are not serious. My profile gets viewed ALL the time yet no likes at all, I tried many times to reach out through the instant messages and never not even once any of those was a success or even accepted. Even then when they declined this app didn’t even offer the option to leave a bad review on that person such as “disrespect, not serious.. etc” Girls on this app are either on it to seek validation online, or looking for someone to use for cash or attention only. Word of advice to men especially, don’t even bother with this app because just like any other app it doesn’t offer a serious community. None of the females are taking men seriously on it, I doubt that most of them even wanna settle down. It’ll shatter your confidence.
